Welcome to ReciFolio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReciFolio mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by SKSIU ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the ReciFolio application or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

ReciFolio is a recipe management application that helps users save, organize, and cook recipes from various sources. The Service includes both free and premium subscription features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Free Tier

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features and increased usage limits. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for premium subscriptions. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

4.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Google Play Store, Apple App Store). You agree to their respective terms and conditions.

4.5 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or store using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

ReciFolio is a recipe management tool. We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or quality of recipes saved or accessed through the Service. Users are responsible for verifying recipe information and exercising appropriate caution when preparing food.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKSIU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SKSIU and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SKSIU regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
